Interesting, but it's really weird for common.

I thought it would be a good black common to fit in the weaklings deck; it's more efficient the weaker the creature you cast it on.

Yeah, but I'd prefer a simpler design. I've slotted in something.

Explicit call-out of the sacrifice archetype

Too complex now?

It might be nice as a significantly larger boost that forces you to sacrifice the creature instead.

Yeah. And this is a really boring reward. Let's do that.

Now does both, but sacs at end of turn

I'm not exactly sure what deck this is supposed to go in

GB sacrifice?

Also BR, this goes great after an act of treason. It is like a Bone Splinters but needs a deck that can keep some pressure.

Ahhh {b}{r} is a decent reason, have to see if its playable however.

Could this not just make it unblockable, given its big downside?

I would be more interested in seeing how high we can make the +N/+0 with menace before changing to a more evasive ability. Is unblockable any more on color than trample. I am concerned that unblockable will make the drawback meaningless when it is mainly used for the last 6 damage.

True enough. Good point, Jackal, that this can be used for damage or to take care of two enemy creatures - much more interesting than just damage.

Speaking of, we don't yet have a common red gauin control effect in-skeleton yet, do we?

Persuade the Meek or Act of Treason where the two leading contenders I believe.

I really like how this worked in {b}{r}
