No obvious way for this Fortification to become attached to a land? Even if the set has a bunch of Magnetic Thefts and Brass Squires, I'd expect all common Fortifications to have a fortify cost.

yeah sorry, he attached to an unfortified mountain on transform. it's written on the other guys but i forgot to include it here.

anyway i did a playtest over the weekend and nobody wanted to pick these guys in the rotisserie draft we did, so they need a big change
