I'm tired and this isn't the ideal version, but this should work. This was a top-down design of a naturalist of the past going out and exploring the world. The three lands being tapped represents the voyage. Originally this card was going to be mono-blue, but since the trigger was off of lands, I felt green was equally justified in having the card, and the idea of a naturalist promotes a green influence. Since both colors want this flavor and the card was a combination of both I chose to make the card UG hybrid in color.

I think this works quite nicely as {g/u} hybrid.

I'd phrase the first ability as "When you control three or more tapped lands, exile ~ and put a lore counter on it."
