For Challenge # 144. Vitenka made Sisay's Charm, and my mind immediately said "Those aren't Sisay's three abilities!" (namely, Sisay's Ring, Sisay's Ingenuity and Captain Sisay.) So I made this card to correct the universe.

Originally, it was {g}{u}, with the third ability putting the card in your hand. But turning {g}{u} into {c}{c} really didn't make sense (I mean, theoretically useful in odd circumstances... but it doesn't make sense.) So now it starts with a possibly broken first ability that should really be on a red card. Just not sure how to rectify that, though.

I wouldn't say that first ability is broken at all. It's quite a bit worse than Rite of Flame.

My first thought was "Until end of turn, permanents you control gain "{t}: Add {c}{c} to your mana pool""... but that's really broken :)

That would be really broken, but I think we can get away with giving the ability to all artifacts... just as long as we don't throw this card in an 'artifacts matter' block. ;)
