This card has me pretty worried about how useless it makes X/1's in standard.

We do already have Tyrannic Brutality though I suppose that is "two sided". All creatures? Up the cost to {2}{b}{b}?

With Tyrannic Brutality moving around, thoughts about this?

I like this.

Does this not serve its purpose at 4 mana?

It could cost 3 or 4 depending on where our needs are. I'm not sure what black looks like I'm constructed at the moment, but it probably wants this and Claim of the Wastes. Limited black seems weird?

I love this as well, yeah.
