The first two abilities are clearly based on her cards. The third is a weird line to read on white-black given Nature's Spiral, but I think it's not out-of-pie, especially given Obzedat's Aid.
It is odd at first, but then you realize that White can return creatures, artifacts, and enchantments, and black can return creatures... and planeswalkers? Eh. I think it's fine, given precedent.
See Challenge # 144. I always liked Teysa, Orzhov Scion both mechanically and as a character. Teysa, Envoy of Ghosts was a bit of a flavour fail, of course, but Teysa's advokist law-magic is very compelling.
