This isn't meant to content with Kaalia of the Vast as a commander. Rather, my friend and I were discussing Kaalia of the Vast being reprinted in Shadows Over Innistrad, and ended up coming up with this concept. Placing the p/t and CMC was hard, but I think it might work fine Kaalia of the Vast's cmc and p/t.
Innistrad? Isn't Kaalia from Alara?

Well, Jeleva was from Innistrad, so maybe you could make one of her instead?
Jeleva, Gisa, Geralf, and Thalia all have decent chances of getting new cards. (Gisa and Geralf may just get reprints.)
A straight reprint of Geralf seems possible. At five mana he's not particularly strong in modern or Standard, and he synergizes well with Delirium. Not so sure about Gisa though, she seems like she might be ridiculous. And since I doubt that they would reprint one without the other...
Well, I'm not a developer. Who knows, maybe Ghoulcaller Gisa's level of power will be fine. We know Geralf is still around at least, since he shows up in the flavor text for Furtive Homunculus.
I won't be shocked if Thalia is a planeswalker. I feel like a blurb I saw about the set hinted at that.
