For Challenge # 143. I tried to let Burden help us make a more flavorful equipment for Planeswalkers... something that isn't quite Legendary, but still says "we can't just keep throwing piles of stuff on a single person. There are limits."

Ultimately, I think this came out too wordy. As a concept, it doesn't seem hard to explain... it's just one too many lines of text.
