I think this is a bad idea but I'm not sure. I like it as a variant of red's "high-risk draw" and green's "creature-only draw", but it's narrow in that you don't usually want to use it in a deck not built for it. Is there anything that would work similarly but not be so absolute?
Seems to me to be pretty great "Draw three cards" as the only sorcery in a
deck; and progressively less good as you add other stuff to that deck.
Less absolute... hmm. Then reveal your hand, and an opponent may choose X non-creature cards for you to discard (where X is... let's say... 2)
Or, maybe simpler, "reveal your hand and discard two non-creature non-land cards" would be similar.
