Hmm, So you always get one card for this dying; then another card for each thing it took with it? Wording sounds a bit wonky for that; but I do like the stormcrow idea.

I guess it isn't 'up to' so that you're forced to return opponents creatures sometimes? What happens if there still aren't enough?

The reminder text is wrong, FWIW. Golgari Thug can return itself, and will sometimes have to; same with Aphetto Vulture.

Oops, thank you. OK, made it non-reminder text for now, but still thinking about the best compromise -- should it have that restriction at all? If so, is there a clearer way of stating it?

Jack, what is that last line supposed to mean?

I don't see that it particularly needs that restriction. It should probably not be able to return itself... probably.

Removed "You can't return those creatures."

Thanks, guys. OK, I'll try it without.

It used to be, you can't return the same creatures that just died, I thought that was more interesting, but it probably doesn't actually make a difference.

I dunno; I think without that clause this can be used as a wall of "All my creatures died? Regenerate them. And, uh, I'll do that every turn. Your move, punk."

Well, I still stopped it recurring itself so you'd need two alternating. And it can still be stopped with pacifism or exile or counterspell, or shock'ing it before everything else dies. But yeah, that's the sort of thing I was thinking of.

But it's not "regenerate them" - it's "return them to hand". Anything more than one or two creatures will take a while to recast.
