Isn't the second ability red? I also feel the first ability also comes off feeling more white than black.

Blue gets it often enough that I felt it appropriate here, especially since it meant that I didn't need to dip into a third color. I didn't think of making it blue-white, but now that you've pointed it out, white does get "sacrifice an attacking creature," doesn't it? I'll need to reflavor it a bit, but you're right that it makes more sense in those colors.

Huh, I didn't realize the ability was also in blue. Of course, most of the blue creatures with the ability were sirens so it makes sense.
