Looks pretty strong. Just " {t} : Make a 1/1 flyer" is better than Emeria Angel most of the time. It's a tough situation to find precedents for; Luminous Angel was pretty low power, but Bloodline Keeper clearly shows this wants to be less than 5 mana. I suspect 4 is better than 3 though.

Playtest Feedback: Is very strong but takes 3-4 turns to start being dangerous. I'd make it a 2/1 or 1/1 to make it more vulnerable. Haven't tested with Canisters yet however.

Can easily add a {1} cost to each ability if it ends up too strong.
