??? Why would you cast something that's already on the battlefield?
Wouldn't you want to be able to recast Artisan of Kozilek with ease? Or steal your opponents' creatures by paying their mana cost?
After considering my comment, I gave this a Karador-esque limitation to once per turn.
Couldn't you just flicker your creatures or gain control of your opponents' creatures?
It's a cool idea, certainly, but I'm not sure whether it works within the rules. Even if it does, I think most players would have to read it at least twice to get the implications. That's generally a bad sign, as in the case of Dead Ringers.
Then again, it is a mythic, and if that isn't the rarity to explore new ideas in, I don't know what is.
Casting has advantages and drawbacks over flickering.
