I like this and hope you find a set for it, though I don't see the black part of it.

Probably no need for the black but it was envisioned as part of a cycle of enemy colour multi cards, this being the green one. It could probably just be Green & Blue though

Compare with Argent Mutation. This is indefinite rather than UEOT, but I think it could still happily cost {w}{u} or {g}{u}.

I think {g}{u} would be the best cost for this - You Crush my Artifact? sorry, its an Enchantment now!

...or just {u}. Most people wouldn't be happy to find this card in their pack unless it came with a coupon for free Skittles. It's not that the idea can't be fun, but most of the time this card will be a bad answer with timing issues, or a way to use two cards to destroy something. Maybe if it animated the enchantment/artifact in question until the end of the turn, but kept the changing part permanent? I don't know...
