I don't really think this needs to be a mythic rare, but I could be wrong.
The card needs to explicitly state the zone from which you are moving the creature card to the battlefield. I'm guessing you mean "from your hand into the battlefield."

Make it "a player casts" and you get the mythic candidate, though. "Giant growth! And a dragon!"

And with a condition and an off-colour activation cost, it's probably not even hideously broken. I mean Elvish Piper is limited to once a turn, but how often can you cast multiple spells and have more mana spare and have multiple creatures in hand? (And didn't go infinite already?)

This could be purely green, by the way. Most recent precedent puts it there.
