So.. howsabout combining them into death from above?

I'm sure it's been done. Green doesn't do direct damage, but it does do fight. A limited fight seems like it should be a thing.

So this is now pretty similar to Hunt the Hunter - different restrictions, but fighting at instant speed is very powerful, so an upcost seems sensible.

I could see this costing {g}{u} in a twisted sort of way, but green is unlikely to have much in the way of its own flyers to target.

As Frontier Siege shows, this is fine. I have no idea who actually uses the Dragon mode, but whatever.
