Balance returns? Ouchie.

It's like Balance's evil twin.

It's a less oppressive take on it, at least. Probably every bit as broken. Also feels green rather than white, somehow.

I think the wording is right, or at least can't pin point any problem with it. This is fairly different from Balance as this gets the caster back into a game and relies on how far ahead your opponents are. Probably more balanced than Balance which was Mind Twist, Wrath of God, and Armageddon if played right.
