Created for Challenge # 111. Using the same approach as others, a legendary permanent which gives you a (somewhat hefty) benefit for playing a second one. Also the same idea as Flagstones of Trokair, but that was balanced for the old legend rule, where this is balanced for the new one (you only sac one of the duplicate legends). A oneoff boost of mana is {r}, but it also evokes High Tide, hence why this is {u} normally. (The flavour also works better there than if it produced {w} or {g} normally.)
