I bet that card was playtest-named 'Scrying Men'.

Combine with... Wow. A 4/4 trample (or vigilance, or reach) for.. ah, 2x; ok {2}{g}{g}. That's reasonable. Throwing twenty mana at it is aspirational. Oooh, and an instant. Powerful!

So sure, let's make a token maker with different options. White is the 'correct' token-flood maker nowadays.

And as soon as I'd written "Scry X" I realised the best thing to do is creatures from top of deck. Which is green after all.

So sure, we'll do that.
