clearly a pushed card but given how much this is a riff on mirari's wake i want the cost to reflect that if at all possible
also obviously a counter-intuitive card but i'm envisioning it in EDH/casual more than competitive formats

Heh. I think it's probably fine, because the two abilities, while both strong, have what you could call some anti-synergy :) Reminds me of Marshal's Anthem.
The only real problem I see with this card, is that it's pretty strong when combined with flicker effects (and bounce effects, by default.) Granted, there aren't many that target enchantments. But, you know, if this was a creature that cast Time Warp every time it entered the battlefield, I'm sure half the community would choke. I'm just saying that 'permanent with enter the battlefield ability' > 'sorcery'.
good point, maybe make it trigger on casting?
It's a tradeoff between flicker abusability and uncounterability (by normal means). Which is more appropriate/abusable in this set?
yeah lol i didn't even think about that
i don't think uncounterability is really abusable, but there's also no permanent-based flickering in the set. i guess there's bouncing? not really the same tho
