Created for Challenge # 108.
As with several of Vitenka's, I started with the name first. Trying to figure out what a railgun would mean in game terms, I tried to focus on the idea of it piercing several enemies at once, which led to this ability.
Only later did I realise this was pretty close to Kusari-Gama, but I think a piercing weapon is better flavour for this ability than... whatever that was.
Ooh, interesting. Would "to each creature blocking it and to defending player" feel more penetrating? I'm worried "each blocking creature" feels more like a spreading weapon.
Ah, yes, fair point. I recall that Greatbow Doyen's ability was nicknamed "piercing arrows", so yes, you're probably right.
