I can't tell what that is in the background? But this looked like someone adventurous but not very fighty, so... hitchhiker. Each land with a new name (very similar to a goblin artisans card design of the day from last month, elvish explorer).
I'm not sure how this compares to other 1-CMC pump creatures. It's inherently limited by how many different lands you can run. But you can pump it up with "landfall" without casting any more spells, so you can potentially make it big. If you have a fancy enough mana base, it could be better than Wild Nacatl on turn 1, but not later on, though that could still be scary.
ETA: "name" is still "name" and "counter" is still "counter", right?
Also scary with Trade Routes and maybe Exploration. But you're going pretty far to give a 1/1 two +1/+1 counters every turn.
The artwork on this card was missing, but I'm pretty sure you're referencing #9, so I took the liberty of adding it myself.
Oops, yep. Good spot, thank you.
