Heh! You're perfectly within your rights to completely ignore his boundaries. I don't think NWO is just him though - I think the whole design & development organisation agrees that 35 keywords in one block should never happen again.

(By contrast objecting to green flying deathtouchers pretty much is just him, as far as I can tell; the rest of R&D seem to be fine with it.)

i get why they did it and it's definitely good for the game, i'm just bitter because i left the game mid-way through kamigawa block and came back around theros so i played one TSP block draft that i can't really remember and now packs are like AUD$25 a pop or something

it'd be nice if there was more scope for complex magic sets outside of MMA
