I'm not sure if Serve quite fits into U and R. It would probably be better as a sorcery speed two-colour better-gain-control-until-end-of-turn. But "gain control for one turn" is quite red, but "gain control and bounce" sounds plausibly blue.

Not sure if you realised this was a clash with Protect // Serve. The names-to-effects-to-colours are awesomely matched. I don't quite know where Serve fits, but {u/r} seems at least plausible.
