Another way that Aether Charm could have ended up. Blue gets blink, blue gets bounce - why not staple them together? Normally the blink effect will be better than the bounce, but not against a Wrath effect or similar global spell. The increased utility of getting the choice between the two might mean this actually needs to be more than one mana. I don't know whether it's okay for blue to get a Cloudshift with extra functionality.
