Nifty. I like this kind of oneoff hoser, like Flaring Pain. (Technically that's a two-off but you know what I mean...)
I thought this seemed like a useful tool for red and it seemed appropriate for the color as an ability that hasn't been done before in a color, that I can think of.
Sadly it'll probably get used as just "Hey! I can run a 56 card deck now!"
But yes, nice answer card for a colour that finds those things relatively problematic. On the flip side, red's answer to "I can't target?" is usually "Fine! Fire up an AOE! Hose down EVERYTHING with fire!" which feels even more appropriate.
Nah, Crimson Wisps and friends didn't get much play.
