Whenever Bilehatch Zombie is dealt damage, you draw that many cards and lose that much life.

This will often work like a Phyrexian Rager - a 2/2 for 3 that gives you a single Underworld Connections activation. But if you can line it up with a 2/2 or bigger, you're getting quite the haul of cards, even if it's a little painful.
Other possibilities included "exile that many target cards from graveyards" (kinda boring) or "each opponent loses that much life" (the Mogg Maniac slot taken by Flamehatch Goblin).
