Kobold lord! For those who forgot, kobols were 0 cost red critters of crapness, that had cheap lords that.. made them still crap. Sorry, kobold tribal never took off. Anyway, this lord is the kobold oriflamme.
And.. lock an opponent out of a class of spells for a turn. Slightly painful to interpret but a very white way of doing it.
So.. while I'm tempted to make a white enchantment that says "Players can't cast kobolds" as a comment on how useless things can be. But no.
Something white 0-cost? Maybe a 0/1 Ally would be printable at that? And even vaguely useful? (0/1 "Allies are white" perhaps?)
Well, this is leading me back to the ridiculous 'Zombies are Blue' card. ... "Hydra's are green, and now you are too?" Ok, let's.. let's leave that in silver border land. Crying Shame. Ok, kobolds Censor. If it's not something that censor's kobolds, it must be a kobold who prevents communication in some way.

We'll pretend that kobold tribal is a thing, and continue the costiness. Tribal generally pushes into a second colour - and my mash says white. I can see it, Kobolds typically live in big groups underground; they've got to have some organisation. Well, I mean, arrantly they have censors.
Cost - well, it's
, innit. It's a small enough ability that it's probably ok for it to be. (It isn't meant to affect search; but rather to blind scry) and on a tiny body. Rarity - rare I think. It may be niche, but it's also silly and confusing. Might be pushable to uncommon if dev was screaming "Those scry decks are outta control! Print a nerf!"
Though I think, even there, they'd want to make it bigger and cost more. And, you know, not be a kobold. But I just can't drop the koboldness!
I know I'm talking to Vitenka here, but... how does this interact with Commune with Nature etc, where you're directed to choose a card-with-quality from among cards you've looked at?
The may is optional - so reveal it, if it's a creature great, if not, then you didn't and return them all.
