Red mana maker, subtype: silly, and haste, flying, card-drain. Oddly, not a spectre.

Oh, I like card drain. That's nice.

But I think here, we'll go with "Exchange your draw phase for mana"

I assume some deck somewhere finds skipping draw phase to be a good thing; and this can generate 1 mana the turn you drop it, and 2 the next turn - so it's outright accel; so make it rare.
