Ugh. DFC. One of the simplest ones, at least.

And an Elder Dragon Legend, which isn't worthy of being in the original set only because it's actually exciting!

Everything tramples, it flies, is vigilant and hexproof.

Hmm. I think...

Take the dfc trigger - not casting spells. And give trample on it.

And.. words are wrong. Blugh. Was: "At the start of your turn, if no spells were cast since the end of your last turn, all creatures have trample until end of turn." Try again.

Ah, "as long as" to the rescue.

Cool. Let's nod to legends by giving it a really funky P/T.

Rarity: This is kinda strange; but I think from the second card I want it to be a legend, so it's rare+. It's only 'kinda' odd though, not really mythic. (Mythic would just be "All creatures you control are hexproof, vigilant, trample" - no 'since end of turn' mess)
Cost... purely off the cuff, six mono, 5 dual.

A bit odd to have a 2-power trample-granter. Otherwise, pretty cool. The name is rather unpronounceable though.
