A pair of 2/2 creatures. One overkills incoming flyers, and the other is a vampire with the ghoul ability. Um. Ok, a ghoul ability. Sacc creatures to gain plus-plus-ueot.
How about sacrifice an attacking flyer to do something suitably big?
Not really sure how that works, thematically, though.
