Enchanted creature is flying, vigilant, first striking, confused, vibrating, hasty, yeti - and going all-in gives you an oriflamme.

I.. probably can't put that outside an un-set, so we'll need to pare down a bit.

Let's go with an 'all in oriflamme' aura. The downside means it can be cheap, I think. Which is good - granting haste on a card that costs more than 1 is really painful.
