Huh. Whaddya know; reasonable yet cheap equipment.
And, uh, a phyrexian angel. Because that's a thing, it seems. And what does it do? Well, it's a high cost 5/6 flyer that puts an opponent back 1 on tempo if you start with it in hand, or when its in play.
Hmm, a starting hand of four of these... would counter your opponents first spell and leave you with a hand full of CMC7 stuff. Ok, maybe not unfair.
So, cheap equipment that makes stuff cost more? How does that... well; ok, yeah, you can do that.
