Heh. The spinnerfish is an inverse-vampire. Who knew?

Ok, let's go with a simple possibility. Rather than "Named permanent heals me" it becomes "Named permanent is mind controlled"

Ooh, very interesting. A good answer to overpowered cards.

Although it probably needs to cost more than Mind Control, since at a minimum it's mind control, but can also hit any permanent type, can hit multiple permanents at once or in future, and bypasses protection and hexproof.

Pity that it has to be a card you name, otherwise "Saproling" could be a good choice. Excellent idea, really interesting card.

I think I'll let this stand; it's meant to be fun, interesting, and useful - not a complete hoser. (Though, to be fair, how many non {g/w} token swarms are there, really? Zombies and goblins? Schya;right.)
