Variation on the Fallen Empires sacc lands, for colour fixing rather than tempo - and a repeatable twiddler.

Can we put twiddle on a land? It's pretty pushed, but I think so.

Yeah, I think this is fine. Compare Soaring Seacliff. This gives you the spell effect at the end of the land's lifetime rather than the start, which is better in some circumstances (playing this on turn 1) but worse in others. I think this could be uncommon or common.
