Why on earth is the second ability not "{t}: Tap target creature. Activate this ability only during your turn?" That is quite powerful, though.

The template of all five lands is like that. I don't know why it isn't... but yeah, these lands are pretty powerful. They might be too powerful in common, may have to jack up its cost.
