"Sacrifice one creature" for
is fair: Diabolic Edict, Cruel Edict etc. There's a symmetrical version for 1 mana cheaper: Innocent Blood. However, "Sacrifice two creatures" for

seems massively cheap. The symmetrical version is Barter in Blood, which is 4 mana and a pretty good card. So I fear the (mana cost+invoke cost) of this needs to be 5 mana in total, even if you don't get any surcharge for the flexibility.
I may make it "discard a card" seems more fair.
the cycle is:
1C - do something
invoke C - do something x2
