Mashup of Divine Intervention and Vulshok Berserker

I dropped divine intervention, but kept the "it waits until it goes off, then ticks the game down towards a draw". I'm not sure on the exact combination of mana cost, power and damage, but it seemed a good combination for an aggro deck.

There have been a lot of similar cards, what should I compare this to?

I like that Shock deal's 2, but the fire god's shock deals 3. He gets a proper old fashioned Lightning Bolt.

It most reminds me of Ib Halfheart, Goblin Tactician. It's a bit of a pity that this doesn't engage in combat at all (well, when it's attacking)... reminiscent of Goblin Cadets that way. Or for a 3/3 that hits players in aggro decks, it reminds me of Keldon Marauders.
