I think the starting loyalty could be slightly higher? I don't think a land with ": Add G at sorcery speed" and ", Sacrifice ~: Put a 1/1 green Saproling OTB at sorcery speed" is too strong for uncommon, and so it feels slightly off that if you want/need to use this to make a chump blocker on the turn you play it, it'll die.
The other Land Planeswalker I recall seeing is Ikuu, the Arisen Land from fallingman's great set Verdia, which has almost fallen off the net; I finally got around to importing my local copy into Multiverse just to preserve it.
Searching Multiverse reveals there's one more Planeswalker Land, which is possibly-unsurprisingly also designed by you, Link :)
