Mashup of Biting Tether, Azorius Guildmage and Sylvan Echoes.

I hope all three come through, at least a bit.

I hoped for something less block-specific than "clash and win", but it felt like the sort of occasional bonus which deserved a reward. Most of the time this card will be a better pacifism, but occasionally it will be mind control.
