Huh, not often you get an obvious immediate mash. It's not great, but it fills a hole and I'm sure some people will find tricksy uses. I think I got the wording right to allow you to cast a bunch of these from outside the game off of just one inside the game.

You could only cast lots of these by sacrificing a series of Fugitive Wizards, and that wouldn't accomplish very much.
