For Challenge # 095. Restriction because this shouldn't be used to create red vigilance.

I think "only before blockers are declared" would still be fine. It feels kinda odd to be doing this before attackers.

Should it also say "only on your turn"? Because otherwise this can be used defensively, to fog a creature that's attacking you, and that doesn't feel very red.

To be honest, I'm not sure if red blink should ever be used on your own creatures. I don't think there's a problem with sorcery speed, opponent only. It's a niche, sure, but one that can be carved out (and, in this card specifically, you could remove the 'before combat' restriction).
