Mashup of sky hussar and sleight of mind.
Wasn't sure where to go with this for ages. Wanted to shift sky hussar to tap another color of creature, but it never made sense.
Instead, permanent slight of mind. Does this work in the rules? Can it be more elegant? Is it broken with anything?
It's probably only broken with anything the multilaces already break. So it's probably fine.
It's Swirl the Mists! So I think that's "no" to "does it break anything" and "yes" to "does it work" and "can it be more elegant" :)
Doh! I looked for an existing card that did permanent rewrite and couldn't find one. Thank you for spotting it.
Oh well, always good when I mashup into an existing card :)
I wasn't sure if "spells and permanents" were enough, does that mean Swirl the Mists doesn't affect, eg. "when you cycle this" effects? If so, maybe just none of them do reference colour. That seems bad templating, but I guess it must be acceptable.
