Oh, that's easy! Damage instead of flanking, that's... Ashmouth Hound.

OK, take it the other way. Pyroclasm, but -1/-1 to all creatures, should be printable, wonder why that's not more... right, Shrivel.

OK, this is a placeholder until I think of something else. I don't quite have the nerve to submit a reprint :)

A 2/2 creature that, if blocked, can pay {r}{r} to deal 2 damage to all creatures. (Or when it dies; but I think that exists already too)
