Based on Flamekin Brawler. I think wizards are right to restrict the number of common dragons and similar (are there any fire-breathing drakes?) but I think one or two are nice.

@jmg: Well, Norin might reach level 2 slowly, but a lot more quickly than most bold adventurers, who reach level 2 never :)
