Functional reprint of Isperia, Supreme Judge

I hit "random" a lot, until I got a mechanic I felt wasn't sufficiently reflected in the flavour. Et voila, living sky library! Now I want to read a story about it :)

Note, wizards are rarely doing creatures which aren't really creatures, but I did here.
