A really expensive repeatable Scry, and a lightning bolt that's also a blue snipe.

I think a bolt with "And if the bolt isn't enough, scry" is a reasonable consolation prize?
But that feels less fun than scry as an additional reward.

Huh, they never printed a card named "Scry" Seems an oversight.

Name came from me wondering about 'cylix bolt' and wanting another name than cylix, and hitting a websearch, and finding the amusing name which had 'peep' in it already. But now I guess it probably ought to be an evoke creature.

But EnterTB deal damage, ExitTB scry, evoke.. a bit wordy, really. Well, let's try it anyway.
