That's an odd card for common. I'd expect to see this at uncommon. Triggering off "destruction" in particular makes it pretty unlikely to happen, because it's pretty hard to do yourself and very easy for the opponent to avoid doing it.
This might work better as "When enchanted land is put into a graveyard", since that lets you trigger off "Sacrifice a land" or "Sacrifice a permanent" abilities. But even then, it's a bit of a niche common, the kind of effect I'd expect to see at uncommon. (See Aether Snap which was rare and Vampire Hexmage which was easier to trigger, less universal in effect, and uncommon.)
(The comments above refer to the card that's now Erase the Sacred.)
Now this is a sensible little common sorcery. The only question is whether it's okay to print something that's strictly better than Sign in Blood in duels.
In a duel it's just Night's Whisper, which existed for years before Sign in Blood. Besides, it's not strictly better because Sign in Blood can be used as a 2-point burn spell to finish off an opponent (or in weird cases, even make them lose from decking out).
Huh. Yes, I think when I wrote Sign in Blood I meant Night's Whisper. Sign in Blood is indeed more colour-intensive and provides more options. And this is... technically I suppose it's strictly worse than Night's Whisper.
What's more dubious is that this is Night's Whisper in duels, but randomly worse in multiplayer for no visible reason. It's not like Syphon Mind where you're getting more for each opponent.
