This needs an ETB clause on the exile ability, because otherwise it makes zero rules sense.
M14 makes me think this should read "When ~ ETBs, exile target card from your graveyard until ~ leaves the battlefield."
That's much more simple, but I ended up having to keep the second part as "you may sacrifice ~ at any time you could cast an instant."
What's the intended use of this? Protect a card from Cremate or Relic of Progenitus until you're ready to reanimate it? Seems awfully narrow.
I just had a flavorful idea that some of the more recent reanimator hate.
