Target player discards two cards, and you choose one of them... Hymn to Tourach is undercosted nowadays, so maybe? I'd suggest making this at least {b} more expensive though; I'd still cast it.

Not far off from Stupor to be honest. We haven't seen that effect in quite a few years. If did go back to Stupor, though, I doubt it would be common... at least to start.

I think this card is fairly costed for an uncommon but is probably too much for common.

See Mind Rot this card is way better then that. and even Mind Rot can be good in limited for say.

Do you want it to be an easy splash? 'cause if you don,t insist on that, the set (at least what is currently uploaded) can probably accommodate another double black card, so {1}{b}{b} is an option.
